Zach was a fantastic partner through the whole process of discussing the possibility of buying a condo/home, to looking at so many properties, making an offer, and then ensuring everything at closing went smooth.  He checked in regularly, was so easy to work with, had great recommendations for resources (i.e. mortgage broker, home inspection), and a lot of fun on top of all of it! Zach was able to narrow down a million listings to the exact types of places we wanted to see. Save us loads of time and really listened to what we told him and found places that fit the bill; while also throwing in a couple interesting spots that were maybe outside of what we thought we wanted but were excellently selected and had a really large impact on what ended up being our final decision. The dude knows his stuff, and he was able to take my incoherent rambling and turn it into tours of places that were somehow exactly what I was looking for. Outside of the baseline real estate agent stuff the man really went above and beyond handling minor issues for us. We were buying while out of town and couldn't necessarily be present for a lot of important parts of the process. He is super communicative and available every time I reached out. I'm sure it's frustrating on his end but even if I texted him at 9:00 p.m. with some dumb worry about the contract he was right there to find me answers and help me navigate everything. Even things that were unrelated to my home purchase but were related to my relocation the man was able to help me with. He found someone who spoke Russian just so he could facilitate the delivery of my auto shipment. To be fair I've only bought and sold a few pieces of real estate, but this was far and away my best experience. Obviously it sounds like I'm showering praise on this dude, but that's exactly what I'm doing. Zach did a fantastic job as my buyer’s representative. I met Zach randomly at an open house and could tell he had a depth of real estate knowledge and enjoyed his outgoing personality so I decided to work with him as my agent. Overall he was quick to get back to me on communication, a trait I appreciated throughout the process. He guided me through the process, was able to negotiate a good deal, and secure the property I desired. Zach was just great from beginning to end.  This was a long distance transaction, we only met once in person at the beginning of the journey when we were in town to look at a few condos listings.  Zach knew all the buildings we were looking at, the pros and cons, price points, etc.  It was a few months later that the perfect property popped up and everything had to be done “virtually”. Zach helped my wife and I buy our first house, and he was amazing! He was always lightning fast to respond to any texts, emails, or phone calls, and was a great facilitator in communication between ourselves and anyone else involved in the process. He was so on top of things in finding out exactly what we wanted, and when the perfect match came available, he let us know immediately and facilitated the purchase of our dream house. Couldn't recommend Zach enough!
